Katrin Käufer, renowned MIT scholar, will be at Summit 2023

She is director of the Just Money Program and co-founder and executive director of the Presencing Institute; she will speak on leadership transformation.

The renowned academic of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Katrin Käuferwill be one of the guest panelists for the Summit 2023 Prosperity: A Possible Purposeof Sea of Cortez Forumwhich will take place from November 8 to 10 at Los CabosBaja California Sur.

The director of the Just Money Program in the Community Innovators Lab at MIT and co-founder and executive director of the Presencing Institute will participate in the conference Lhe Transformation of Leadership in the Sea of Cortez.

The D. in Economics by the University of Witten/Herdeckefrom Germany, teaches leadership and transformational change. His research focuses on leadership, organizational change, mission-based banking,
as well as participatory action research.

In 2013 he published, co-authored with Otto Scharmerthe book Leading from the emerging future: from egosystem to ecosystem economies. And in 2021 he published his second book entitled Just Money: mission-driven banks and the future of financein which he explores the role of mission-driven banking in addressing social challenges.

Käufer has worked with medium-sized and global companies, non-profit organizations, as well as international development organizations.
