The Personal Data possibly collected may be the following:

- Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC);
- Occupation;
- Social security number;
- Landline telephone;
- Cell phone;

- Company;
- Financial and/or property data; and
- Credit bureau report.
FMDC does not collect sensitive personal data, that is, those intimate personal data or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk to you, so it is important that the owner of such data at no time provide them, in particular, such as: racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, or sexual preference.

Transmission of personal data

Exercise of ARCO Rights and Revocation of Consent.

Means to exercise ARCO RIGHTS.
In the event that THE OWNER needs to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the data

In that sense, your information may be shared with affiliates, subsidiaries, controlling companies, associates, commission agents or companies that are part of FMdC, which provide services necessary for its proper operation.
