The Treasurer and Content Coordinator of Foro Mar de Cortés is an entrepreneur in the areas of aquaculture, cinematography, philosophy and training.

He studied Philosophy at the Pontifical University of Mexico. He has diplomas in Development of Socially Marginalized Populations, UTAL, Venezuela, and in Business Process Reengineering, ITESM, Mexico City campus.

He has collaborated in several public and private institutions as an advisor on ethics issues.

He was a member of the LX Legislature of the Sinaloa State Congress.

He is a member of the Investment Committee of Vitalis, a company specialized in pension plans.
