She has a degree in Communication Sciences from the Universidad de Occidente Campus Culiacan, has the international specialization CMS - Certified Meetings Specialist, and many certified antecedents for her participation in local, national and international Project Boards of the Meetings Industry, in the areas of Public Relations, Destination Marketing, and Human Talent Development.

Her 20-year career is supported by her participation in public and private companies and institutions. Among others, Manager of the Association of Hotel and Motel Owners of Culiacán, Executive Director of the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Culiacán, Member of the Board of Directors of the Latin American Association of OCVs, General Director of Tourism of the City Council of Culiacán, Executive Director of DMC JazNava Consulting & Meetings, and lately as Director of the Special Projects Unit of the Ministry of Tourism of Sinaloa.
