The future of business will be hybrid: humans and AI agents will work together, anticipates Anibal Abarca
During his participation in Voices from the Sea of Cortez, the specialist in artificial intelligence and technology says that a new era of collaboration with nano-employees and automated processes is coming.

The corporate future will be hybridwith human and artificial intelligence agents (AI) collaborating in real time to solve tasks, make decisions and execute processes, so stated Aníbal Abarca Gil during his participation in Voices from the Sea of Corteza virtual dialogue exercise organized by Sea of Cortez Forum.

The founder and CEO of Neuforcea pioneer in the deployment of nano-employeessaid that the artificial intelligence is transforming the way organizations operate, not only by automating, but also by amplifying the human capacity to generate value.

"Technology helps us to do those things in a more agile, repetitive way, with less cost, but the capacity it is really bringing us is the amplification not only of the content, but the capacity of many of the things we can do today," he said, "it allows us to prepare better for an interview, it allows us to prepare a personalized campaign for a client, to analyze a database, to investigate about something in their business, something in the market, trends. The capacity it has is impressive.

According to Abarca Gil, we are transitioning from a digital era to a stage of hyper-automation and hyper-personalizationwhere the AI agents not only receive instructions, but also reason, plan, collaborate and execute autonomously.

The four pillars of change

During his speech, the AI specialist broke down the four key concepts underpinning this transformation:

  • Large Language Models (LLM)They are the brains of the new generation of AI. Their reasoning and processing capacity doubles every three months, accelerating the development of new applications.
  • Capacity for action: Beyond generating text, the new models can execute complex tasks based on general instructions, generating action plans similar to human thinking.
  • Artificial intelligence agents: They are autonomous entities that understand objectives, plan how to achieve them and act on their own or in conjunction with humans or other agents.
  • Evolution of human-computer interaction: Experiences will cease to be static and become conversational, collaborative and deeply personalized.

This change is already underway. Companies such as Nubank have achieved extraordinary results with agents such as DevinIn three months he modernized a system with more than 20 million lines of code, a task that had taken a year and a half to complete with hundreds of engineers, he said.

A new operational era

Abarca Gil indicated that the next frontier of AI does not remain in the digital part, but that we are now going to see it in the physical world, with humanoid robots with autonomous mobility.

"This is where the new industrial revolution is coming in terms of how we work, how we manufacture. We are going to start seeing many companies that are going to bring humanoid robots that are going to be able to collaborate, that are going to be able to perform in those spaces designed for humans and in many tasks that today are very difficult to develop and that require a lot of expertise or practice for a person to do it. Soon, and probably in the next 3 to 5 years, we are going to see this start to explode", he assured.

Neuforce's CEO and founder stressed that processes, content and decisions will be constantly evolving, fed back by data and executed by intelligent systems.

The AI and technology specialist stressed that companies will have to evolve from working only with people to integrating agents, and organizations that embrace this transformation will be faster, more adaptive and competitive.

This change in the operating model The use of agents to begin to enable these results-focused capabilities will improve exponentially, he said.

In this issue of Voices from the Sea of Cortez in which he was a guest speaker Aníbal Abarca Gil more than 120 leaders from the states of Baja California, Baja California Sur, Nayarit, Sinaloa and Sonora were connected.
