Leaders of the Sea of Cortez region to seek new paradigms to boost prosperity at Summit 2023

Los Cabos, BCS. November 3, 2023. With the awareness that the global challenges require local actions, about 350 leaders from the Sea of Cortez Region from the business, academic and civil society sectors will meet at the Summit 2023: Prosperity: A Possible Purpose.

This will be the third major summit convened by the civil society organization. Sea of Cortez Forum. It will count with the participation of experts in new leadership paradigmswho will discuss the route to the prosperity of people and ecosystems.

The summit will be held at Los CabosBaja California Sur, on November 8, 9 and 10. Agustin Coppel Luken is Honorary President; Radamés Díaz Meza is the Chief Executive Officer; and Juan Pablo Yamuni RoblesGeneral Manager.

Radamés Díaz MezaChief Executive Officer of Sea of Cortez Forum said, "The demands of today's changing digital, human, economic and environmental environment tell us that leadership as we knew it is no longer enough. The good news is that there are solutions."

"The construction of the Summit 2023 agenda is focused on laying the foundations for the Sea of Cortez Region to emerge and build the new leaders we need to achieve inclusive prosperity, taking advantage of technological and digital advances, but respecting the environment and the rich biodiversity that the five states have," he added. Sea of Cortez Forum is a civil organization formed by leaders of Baja California, Baja California Sur, Nayarit, Sinaloa y Sonora that promotes the economy of sustainable development. It also articulates communication and conversation about the relationships between economic activity, human beings and the environment.
