Through the program Latam Zero Carbon Startup, Beeok will work with 50 small and medium-sized companies in Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Peru. Mexicoand will be encouraged to measure and reduce their carbon footprint.
The Economist The objective of this Chilean scale up is to promote the sustainable processes that do not have a negative impact on the environmentthereby promoting the creation of responsible companies.
The 50 SMEs, 10 for each country, will receive training and support to learn about and begin to manage their polluting emissions. During 12 months, the companies will be able to measure, evaluate and define their first strategy towards carbon neutrality.
"Our intention is that more and more companies of all types join the path of sustainability. This program seeks to generate awareness among the sector that is undoubtedly the economic engine in practically all of Latin America," said Cristian Bustos, CEO and co-founder of Beeok.
Small and medium-sized companies wishing to apply must have between one and 10 employees and have been founded in one of the aforementioned countries. The training will take place virtually and will start on July 13 of this year.

At the end, each of the participating organizations will receive a detailed report of their carbon footprint, as well as different recommendations to manage their processes in a more sustainable way. In addition to a license for the use, for one year, of the management software developed by Beeok.
